Why she's inspiring: Melissa "believes in using social media for good through education and empowerment" and sees her job as teaching "mission driven Creatives how to leverage their stories online for offline success." She founded #blkcreatives to build a community for other black creatives to share resources, showcase projects, discover opportunities, and feel less isolated.
