Through her entrepreneurial venture, Her Agenda, and her writing, Rhonesha informs, connects, and empowers women by providing interviews, curated articles, events, and additional resources to help them succeed in their personal and professional arenas.

She is bringing awareness to the systemic discrimination that exists throughout the world, particularly the complexity faced by QTPOC individuals working in international development organizations who may be forced to remain or become closeted.

What she does: Kimberly is the Founder and Executive Director of Black Girls CODE.




Why she's inspiring: Kimberly founded Black Girls CODE after her daughter could not find the education and mentoring she needed at her computer science camp. Since its inception in 2011, Black Girls CODE has brought computer programming workshops and after-school programs to girls in underrepresented communities throughout the United States. The nonprofit's mission is to "empower young women of color ages 7-17 to embrace the current tech marketplace as builders + creators."

Why she's inspiring: Natalia, who speaks passionately about diversity, LGBT, and Latina issues, created Pipeline Angels to disrupt the insidious pattern matching white maleness that runs rampant in the Silicon Valley venture capital community. Her "angel investing bootcamp for women" helps new investors learn about venture funding, find mentors, and apply their new skills.
