Why she's inspiring: Mala regularly speaks out on LGBTQI issues in the international tech industry. She is bringing awareness to the systemic discrimination that exists throughout the world, particularly the complexity faced by QTPOC individuals working in international development organizations who may be forced to remain or become closeted.
