What she does: Nichelle is a speaker and the CEO of BOLD Guidance, a software company that helps students organize their college applications and helps colleges effectively recruit new students.

Why she's inspiring: Nichelle teaches other entrepreneurs how to run successful businesses. She has also worked with nonprofit organizations, including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, to help underrepresented individuals gain access to education and entrepreneurial resources.
